Sit and Go Madness at Full Tilt Poker
A Sit and Go Madness event will be held at Full Tilt Poker from Friday 21 August to Sunday 23 August, 2009. The event gets started at 16:00 Eastern Time (that’s 21:00 UK Time) and boasts $125,000 worth of cash and prizes. All you have to do to get involved is play your favourite Sit and Go games at the Full Tilt online poker room during the event hours and start earning points to help you climb the Leaderboard. Even players who don’t fare well on the Leaderboard can win entry into a $50,000 Madness Freeroll by winning two Sit and Go games, so everyone has a great chance of winning big money.
All of the sit and go games that are valid for the Sit and Go Madness event will be highlighted in green so that you can identify them straight away when exploring the Full Tilt Poker lobby area. The games will be separated into four groups according to the cost of the buy-ins, and the event itself will be split into 24 two hour blocks. If you are one of the top seven players in any group at the end of a two hour block, you win a cash prize. This means that you could sit down for a couple of hours at any point during the event and walk away with a prize even if you don’t play again.
The overall Leaderboard positions will be determined by your best performance in one of the two hour blocks. In other words, if you earn 100 points in one block and 150 points in another, it is only the 150 points performance that will count. This is an excellent way to give all players a very real opportunity to make the overall Leaderboard without you having to play for 48 hours straight.
Every time you cash in at a qualifying green table during Sit and Go Madness, your name will be assigned a raffle ticket. When the prize draw raffle takes place more than 1,000 prizes will be given away, including Full Tilt merchandise and entries into Full Tilt’s famous Sunday events.
There are just a couple of days to go before the Sit and Go Madness event gets underway, so head over to Full Tilt Poker now and get yourself ready – with $125,000 of prizes on offer this is a competition worth taking very seriously!
