Easter Mini Festival at 32Red Poker
32Red Poker has announced that the first ever Easter Mini Festival of poker will start on Friday 02 April and run through to Monday 05 April. That means there is still a few weeks before the new festival gets underway, but we are telling you about it now because qualifiers are already running at the 32Red online poker room, so you can get involved in those straight away to try and win yourself a seat in one of the big festival games.
The Easter Mini Festival of Poker will be giving away €250,000 of guaranteed cash prizes, so you’ll be playing for something much more serious than a few chocolate eggs. The festival comprises ten events in all and you can find full details of those at the 32Red Poker web site, but here’s a quick rundown of the events to give you a preliminary taste of what to expect:
€5,000 Guaranteed 7 Card Stud tournament starts at 5pm on Friday 02 April. The direct buy-in is €55 + €5 and you’ll start with 3,000 chips.
€50,000 Guaranteed Rebuy tournament starts at 7pm on Friday 02 April. The direct buy-in is €55 + €5 with unlimited €25 rebuys for the first 60 minutes.
€10,000 Omaha 2nd Chance PLUS tournament starts at 5pm on Saturday 03 April. The direct buy-in is €55 + €5 and one €25 rebuy is allowed in the first 60 minutes.
€25,000 Guaranteed Six Seater Freezeout tournament starts at 7pm on Saturday 03 April. The direct buy-in is €55 + €5 and you’ll start with 3,000 chips.
€25,000 Guaranteed Turbo tournament starts at 5pm on Sunday 04 April. The direct buy-in is €55 + €5 and blinds increase every five minutes.
€1,000 Added Easter Festival Charity Tournament starts at 6pm on Sunday 04 April. The direct buy-in is just €2.50 + €2.50 and all fees go to charity.
€100,000 Guaranteed High Stack tournament (the Main Event) starts at 7pm on Sunday 04 April. The direct buy-in is €125 + €12.50 and after five hours of play the tournament will pause and resume at 7pm on Monday 05 April.
€10,000 Guaranteed Hi Lo 2nd Chance PLUS tournament starts at 5pm on Monday 05 April. The direct buy-in is €55 + €5 and one €25 rebuy is allowed in the first 60 minutes.
€5,000 Raked Hands Freeroll tournament starts at 6pm on Monday 05 April. To participate in this tournament you need to have played 250 raked hands (or more) in the previous week.
€10,000 Guaranteed Survivor tournament starts at 8pm on Monday 05 April. The players in the bottom 20% after each round will be eliminated.
