All In Madness at William Hill Poker

All In Madness at William Hill PokerAll In Madness at William Hill Poker doesn’t refer to a bad beat experience that we’ve recently had at the tables (fortunately) but to a new kind of multi-table tournament which allows you to throw caution to the wind and rely entirely on luck. Okay, so it isn’t the kind of approach that you would want to put at the heart of your online poker room activities, but every once in a while it can be fun to push all of your chips into the centre of the table and hope for the best. All In Madness allows you to get that thrill in a low-risk tournament where everyone else is forced to do the same.

The idea is simple: You enter a tournament, receive your chip stack and then go all in on every single hand. All of the other players have to go all-in too, so the outcome of the whole All In Madness tournament is determined solely by how lucky you are. The good news is that you won’t need to risk more than £1 to take part, so if you don’t happen to hit a lucky run your participation won’t have cost you much.

There are two All In Madness tournaments that take place at William Hill Poker. One is a Wacky Weekly tournament that starts at 8:30 every Saturday. The buy-in is £1 and there is a guaranteed prize pool of £50.

The second type of All In Madness event is the Monthly Mayhem tournament that takes place on the last Saturday of every month (instead of the Wacky Weekly tournament) at 8:30. Again, the buy-in is just £1, but in this tournament there is a £1,000 guaranteed prize pool up for grabs.

It should go without saying that All In Madness isn’t something that is intended to be taken seriously, and we are pleased that William Hill Poker have scheduled these events to take place just once a week. Think of the Wacky Weekly and Monthly Mayhem tournaments as opportunities to have a harmless £1 flutter once in a while – maybe as a reward to being as self-disciplined and thoughtful as possible when you are playing in your regular poker games.

Talking of regular poker games, William Hill has a great schedule of satellites and qualifiers lined up for the next few weeks, so whether you want to win a seat in a big money tournament, play regular cash games or put your name down for one of the All In Madness free-for-alls, pay a visit to William Hill Poker today and take a look!
