100 Series Tournament at Ladbrokes Poker
Ladbrokes Poker has announced the launch of the 100 Series Tournament that will take place on Monday 7 December, 2009. The name of the online poker room tournament is derived from the fact that it will be limited to just 100 entrants. Despite the modest number of participants, the 100 Series tournament will have a guaranteed prize pool of €30,000 and pay prizes to the top ten finishers. There are three satellites that take places every day (Monday to Friday) at Ladbrokes Casino, and details of these are as follows:
12:05 GMT €3.20 + €0.30 Rebuy Satellite to Daily Final
You will start with 2,000 chips and have unlimited rebuy opportunities for the first hour, plus one add-on. Blinds increase every 12 minutes.
15:00 GMT €3.20 + €0.30 Rebuy Satellite to Daily Final
This satellite gives you 1,500 chips to start with and you have unlimited rebuys for the first 30 minutes, plus 1 add-on. Blinds increase every 5 minutes.
18:00 GMT €3.20 + €0.30 Rebuy Satellite to Daily Final
This satellite gives you a starting stack of 500 chips and allows one rebuy in the first 15 minutes. Blinds increase every 2 minutes.
The Daily Final takes place at 19:00 GMT (Monday to Friday) and starts players off with 2,000 chips. Players are allowed two rebuys within the first hour (costing €20 each) and one €10 add-on.
If you win yourself a seat to the 100 Series final then the details you need to mark down in your diary are as follows: The tournament starts at 19:00 GMT, your starting stack will consist of 5,000 chips and blinds will increase every 20 minutes. The player who wins the tournament will pick up €10,000 in prize money, with players in second and third positions collecting €6,000 and €4,000 respectively. Players in fourth and fifth positions will win €2,500 and €2,000. The players finishing in sixth to tenth positions will win €1,600, €1,350, €1,100, €800 and €650, respectively.
